In class 1, we’re focusing on quadrupedal movement (QM), landings, and some basic parkour strength training. QM includes a variety of techniques in which you’re moving on all fours. Some useful applications of QM include moving over, under, or through obstacles as well as building the basic skills you’ll need later on for vaulting and climb-ups. QM is also a great way to strengthen your body for more dynamic movements.
