Introducing ParkourEDU

parkouredu_smallAn idea that Amos Rendao and I originally conceptualized in 2013, ParkourEDU (Parkour-EEE-DEE-YOU) grew from a small side project to a massive ambition when, this spring, we won a $100,000 digital marketing grant from Pyxl to help develop a custom online platform. With those kind of resources at stake, it has become a truly daunting project, perhaps even more so than opening our first APEX Movement gyms. But at the same time, it’s been a lovely challenge and has allowed us to dream big.

But what IS ParkourEDU, anyway?

Our mission with ParkourEDU is to empower the international Parkour, Freerunning, and Art du Déplacement community by bringing awareness to sustainable training methods, developing the highest quality of coaching, and promoting safe educational facilities. We also innovate movement science, Parkour techniques, and progression methodology in order to aid the Parkour community’s collective knowledge as well as sports science in general.

ParkourEDU will be an online platform in which we share the best teaching methods and training secrets for Parkour through online classes, blogs, podcasts, and more. Whether you’re a total newbie, an advanced practitioner, a coach, or a gym owner, ParkourEDU will provide you with a high level of movement education and resources to improve your skills.

How can I get involved?

The ParkourEDU launch will be within the next few months, we promise! To be the first to receive updates, special offers, and more, sign up with the form below. If you are interested in getting involved with this new community as some type of contributor, please send an email to Please be sure to mention your areas of expertise inside and outside of parkour, as well as why and how you would like to get involved with ParkourEDU.
