Description
Is it a sport, art, discipline, or philosophy?
Come find out why parkour is all of the above and one of the fastest growing physical activities in the world. Mixing the athleticism found in martial arts, gymnastics, rock climbing, track and field, and dancing, parkour is a holistic physical activity that promotes a healthy lifestyle. In addition to parkour, campers will learn other movement arts including gymnastics/tumbling, Ninja Warrior, breakdancing, and tricking. Through these movement arts, our staff will help participants learn important life skills such as problem solving, creativity, overcoming fear, and discipline.
Participants should wear appropriate athletic wear and bring a snack and a water bottle. All participants will receive a t-shirt. Children will be grouped according to age and skill level. The participant-to-instructor ratio will be no more than 12:1. In order for the camp to run, there is a minimum enrollment of 5.
