Description

Is it a sport, art, discipline, or philosophy?

Come find out why parkour is all of the above and one of the fastest growing physical activities in the world. Mixing the athleticism found in martial arts, gymnastics, rock climbing, track and field, and dancing, parkour is a holistic physical activity that promotes a healthy lifestyle. Through parkour, our staff also helps participants learn important life skills such as problem solving, creativity, respect, and discipline.

In addition to skill development, participants will take part in other fun activities and games. Participants will also be introduced to other movement related activities including gymnastics, tricking, breakdancing, and martial arts, culminating at the end of the week with a special performance and obstacle course challenge.

Participants should wear appropriate athletic wear and bring a snack and a water bottle. All participants will receive a t-shirt. Children will be grouped according to age and skill level. The participant-to-instructor ratio will be no more than 12:1. In order for the camp to run, there is a minimum enrollment of 5.
