Level 1 Parkour Classes
The Level 1 Parkour program is an introduction to parkour and parkour specific fitness. Highly structured and designed to progress from week to week, this class teaches the fundamentals of parkour, promotes a high level of physical fitness, and emphasizes the relationship between the two. Students will learn skills including landings, rolls, quadrupedal movement, vaults, cat leaps, precision jumps, underbars, tic tacs, wall runs, and much more.
We highly recommend this class be taken in its entirety due to its progressive nature. Upon completion, participants may be ready to enroll in the Level 2 Parkour Program.

Level 2 Parkour Classes
Level 2 parkour classes are designed to challenge those participants with solid fundamentals and a high fitness level. Through repetition and skill refinement, participants will learn intermediate skills and be expected to complete more difficult workouts. Dedication to conditioning and skills training outside of class is necessary to progress at this level. Highly structured and designed to progress from week to week, this class encourages further mastery of the fundamentals of parkour, teaches intermediate skills and progressions, and promotes a higher level of physical fitness.
Participants may enroll in level 2 classes after completing the level 1 program and/or receiving instructor approval. If the participant wishes to enroll without completion of the level 1 program, they may meet with the instructors to determine readiness.

Level 3 Parkour Classes
Level 3 parkour classes are designed for practitioners who aim to take their parkour and freerunning skills to an elite level. Fundamentals mastery and a high level of fitness are absolutely necessary to participate in this intense program. These classes will empahasize a diverse and constantly changing set of skills focusing on parkour and freerunning but will also include material in tricking, martial arts, gymnastics, climbing, and more.
In addition to skill development, the level 3 parkour classes will include intense workouts and teach the strength and conditioning skills needed to truly take your parkour to the next level. Participants will be expected to participate and succeed in Olympic lifting, CrossFit, gymnastics exercises, and more.
In order to participate in the level 3 classes, we recommend completion of the full 10 class level 1 program and the full 20 class level 2 program. Additionally, we recommend that you meet the physical and skill requirements needed to keep up in this class.

Youth Parkour Classes
Designed for ages 5-12, the youth parkour classes will challenge students both physically and mentally. Students will stay highly active during class, engaging creative drills and games in a fun, safe environment, all while learning important aspects of the parkour philosophy such as overcoming fear, solving problems, and setting goals.
